Transfer Students Overview 

Once you have committed to VCU as a transfer student-athlete, you will be connected to a Student-Athlete Academic Coordinator who will assist you through the process. In addition to completing the VCU Transfer Application, official transcripts from all other institutions (including AP/IB scores) must be sent to VCU Admissions. 

VCU Transfer Center

• We work with prospective, incoming and currently enrolled transfer students to ensure a smooth transition to VCU and successful progress toward graduation.

VCU Transfer Admission (Domestic)

• The instructions in this section are for domestic transfer applicants, including U.S. citizens, permanent residents, refugees/asylees and undocumented students.

VCU Transfer Admission (International)

• If you are a non-immigrant currently residing outside of the U.S. and plan to come on an F1 or J1 visa, or a non-immigrant currently residing in the U.S. under a visa, please visit this site for instructions.
