Who we are

Student-Athlete Support Services (SASS) at Virginia Commonwealth University provides comprehensive support for our student-athletes. From academic support to student-athlete development, we help every student-athlete achieve their full academic and personal potential.

SASS is deeply committed to VCU’s core values of diversity, equity and inclusion. We promote an inclusive culture that fosters respect and openness for students, staff and coaches. 

What we do

We support our student-athletes at every step of the VCU experience.  Our services include academic advising, tutoring, academic coaching, and a student-athlete development program.
